Claire first discovered yoga while travelling in 2003 and immediately felt more connected to her body. As her own practice grew over the years, Claire began to bring yoga into her job as a school teacher and saw how calming and grounding it could be for children. In 2018 Claire completed her training as a children’s yoga instructor. She has since completed her teen training and a 200 hr. yoga teacher training. Claire set up Yoyoga in 2021 and offers yoga in a range of different settings to all age groups. She believes that yoga can be both a restorative and fun experience at any age and her classes reflect this. Her style is Hatha/Vinyasa and she concentrates on creating a connection between body and mind and finding ease in oneself.

Marta I love helping people to learn more about their bodies. Since I discovered Pilates I just can't get enough. It is an efficient method to gain flexibility, improve posture & balance and strengthen your core muscles. It teaches muscular control of your back and limbs, and therefore you learn how your body feels and moves. And it is so much fun as well as challenging! After a Pilates session your mind and body will be in tune and you will be so decompressed that you will feel stronger and maybe even taller!
