Baby Massage with Rebecca
Join IAIM-certified infant massage instructor Rebecca for Loving Lámha, a five-week baby massage course designed to help you connect with your little one. Suitable from newborn to pre-crawlers. Learn baby massage, strengthen your bond with baby and create connection with peers in a peaceful inclusive environment.

Baby & Me Mat Pilates with Rachel
Rebuild strength and reconnect with your body in this doula-led, postnatal Pilates course. Using gentle, graded exercises tailored to your core and pelvic floor, classes are relaxing and baby-friendly. While babies are welcome to attend and can be accommodated during some exercises, there are no songs or structured movements for babies—this is your chance to move and reconnect with your body while your little one is nearby.
Open to parents from 6 weeks after birth (or 12 weeks post C-section), as well as non-birthing parents and other caregivers.

Expand your expertise with this two-day advanced certification designed by Rachel Flynn, experienced doula and specialist in pre and postnatal movement.
This practical, evidence-informed course explores how to confidently adapt reformer Pilates for pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
You’ll learn safe modifications, breath and pelvic floor integration, class programming, and empowering communication strategies to support clients through every stage of motherhood.
We limit enrolment to just eight students for eight reformers, ensuring every participant has their own machine to fully practice, explore, and experience all movements and guided classes across the two immersive training days.
Open to practitioners who are already reformer certified.

Course Structure
Day 1 – Prenatal Reformer Pilates:
Physiological and anatomical changes during pregnancy.
Trimester-specific safety and adaptation.
Breath and pelvic floor integration.
Safe and effective prenatal reformer repertoire.
Day 2 – Postnatal Reformer Pilates:
Understanding the postpartum body.
Core reconnection and healing.
Progressive strength and stability work.
Reformer programming and communication for recovery stages.
Who This Course Is For
This course is for certified reformer Pilates instructors who already hold a recognised reformer qualification. Participants should have a working knowledge of Pilates principles and experience teaching in private or group settings.
Course Aims
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
Demonstrate understanding of physiological and emotional changes during pregnancy and postpartum.
Safely modify reformer Pilates repertoire for these populations.
Teach with confidence, compassion, and inclusivity.
Create well-structured, goal-driven pre and postnatal reformer classes.
Certification & Assessment
Attendance at both days of training.
Completion of workbook activities and case studies.
Submission of one written prenatal and one postnatal reformer class plan.
Connected Birth Workshop
Connected Birth Workshop – Practical Birth Preparation for You and Your Partner
Duration: 5.5 hours
Location: Breathing Space, Donore Avenue, Dublin 8
This in-person workshop is designed to help you and your birth partner feel calm, informed and connected as you prepare for labour. Led by doula and educator Rachel Flynn, it offers practical tools, movement, breathwork and real-world support.
You’ll learn:
How to work with your body during labour
Breathing techniques and birth positions
How your partner can offer confident, hands-on support
What helps your hormones and nervous system stay regulated
How to stay grounded if plans change
The session runs for 5.5 hours, with a short break included. It’s ideal from 20 to 38 weeks pregnant, though later is absolutely fine too.
Open to all birthing people and support partners.
€155 per pair. Private health insurance may cover part of the cost.
