Connected Birth Workshop
Next date: Friday 16 January 2026
Time: 1.00pm to 6.30pm
Cost: €155 per pair
Includes attendance for the pregnant person and their chosen birth support partner.
“I feel like I’ve been doing a lot of reading / podcast listening in isolation the past few months, but what the workshop really did for us – aside from all the helpful educational info and practical exercises – was carve out a structured space and a language for us to start having these conversations and exchanges as a couple, which was totally invaluable. My partner was really fired up afterwards and I think feels much more informed and empowered about the whole process, and so do I. And all that aside, your studio space is just such a calming and welcoming place to spend time in.”
This doula-led workshop gives you both the knowledge, tools and confidence to navigate labour and birth together with clarity, connection and calm.
It’s open to all pregnant people between 20 and 38 weeks, but attending later is absolutely fine too. We’ve had folks come at 40+5.

Connected Birth is a practical, evidence based workshop for pregnant people and their birth partners. It helps you understand what to expect during labour and birth, how to work with your body and breath, and how to feel more confident and supported as a team. The workshop is led by Rachel Flynn, a doula and perinatal movement specialist.
-
The workshop is designed for people between 20 and 38 weeks pregnant, but it’s still useful later in pregnancy. Many people attend well into their 39th or 40th week. It’s never too late to get informed and feel more prepared
-
Yes, this workshop is designed for both of you. The price covers attendance for one pregnant person and one support person. It’s a space to build shared language, confidence and tools so you can move through birth together.
-
