Our pregnancy yoga class is on Thursday evenings at 6.45pm in our Cork St studio.
Prenatal yoga classes tailored for every trimester, grounded in evidence-based practice and mindful movement.
We also have prenatal reformer with Rachel on Monday evenings and a pregnancy-friendly physio-led Mat PIlates class on Wednesday afternoons.
Who This Class Is For
Our pregnancy yoga classes are designed for:
First-time pregnancies and those who have been pregnant before
All fitness levels (beginners welcome)
People from 12 weeks of gestation onward (please check with your care provider)
Anyone looking for supportive prenatal movement and connection
Always consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise programme.
What to Expect in Class
Each session includes:
Asanas (poses) adapted for pregnancy
Breath awareness and pranayama
Pelvic mobility, strength work and pelvic floor engagement and relaxation.
Relaxation and mindful meditation
Tips for comfort and body awareness through pregnancy and labour
Sessions are taught with safety and prenatal-specific modifications front of mind.
Scientific research shows that pregnancy yoga can reduce stress, anxiety and depression; improve physical comfort and flexibility; support normal birth outcomes such as shorter labour and increased likelihood of vaginal birth; and reduce stress hormone levels.
Connection and Community
Classes provide space for you to connect with other expectant parents, build support networks, and share experiences in a welcoming and safe environment.
