What types of yoga and Pilates classes do you offer in Dublin?

Breathing Space offers gentle yoga, reformer Pilates, prenatal and postnatal movement classes in Dublin 8. Our classes are inclusive, trauma-aware and suitable for all levels.

What is the Connected Birth workshop?

Connected Birth is a practical birth preparation workshop for pregnant people and their support partners. It covers breath, movement and advocacy tools for labour and is led by doula and trainer Rachel Flynn.

Can I attend classes if I have fatigue, pain or I'm new to movement?

Yes. Breathing Space specialises in gentle, nervous system-supportive movement. Our classes are suitable for people with fatigue, anxiety, chronic pain or those returning after injury, pregnancy or stress.

Where are your studios located?

Breathing Space has two studios in Dublin 8, located on Cork Street and Donore Avenue. Both offer a full schedule of yoga and Pilates classes.

Do you offer reformer Pilates classes in Dublin?

Yes. We offer small group reformer Pilates classes at both of our Dublin 8 studios. These classes are supportive, accessible and suitable for all levels.

Can I join if I'm pregnant or postnatal?

Yes. We offer pregnancy yoga, Connected Birth workshops and postnatal movement support. Our classes are safe for all stages of pregnancy and early recovery.

What are your membership options?

We offer flexible monthly memberships for yoga and Pilates. You can choose from 4, 8 or 12 class options, and use them at either studio. We also offer a Wellbeing Kitty for flexible top-ups.

How do I book a class?

You can book classes online through our live schedule. Just choose your class, confirm your pass or membership, and you’re in. If you’re not sure where to start, get in touch.
