Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing or redeeming a Breathing Space

gift voucher.

1. General & Redemption

• Gift vouchers are valid for use across both Breathing Space studio locations: Donore Avenue

(Reformer Pilates) and Cork Street (Strength Training & Pregnancy Yoga).

• Vouchers can be redeemed online via our booking engine or directly at the studio for class passes,

drop-in sessions, workshops, or eligible therapy room services (subject to therapist availability).

• To redeem a voucher, the recipient must create an account on our booking portal and enter the unique

voucher code at checkout.

2. Validity & Expiry

• Gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Irish consumer law.

• Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be recovered or refunded.

• Once a voucher is redeemed for a specific Class Pass or Membership, the pass itself will be subject

to its standard activation and expiration terms.

3. Refunds & Balance

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, either in full or in part.

• If a purchase exceeds the voucher balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted credit/debit card.

• If a purchase is less than the total voucher value, the unused balance will remain on the voucher account for future use until the expiration date.

4. Class Bookings & Cancellations

• All class bookings made using a gift voucher are subject to Breathing Space’s standard studio booking and cancellation policies.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If a class booked with a voucher is cancelled outside our standard cancellation window (e.g., within 24 hours of class start time), the class credit will be forfeited from the pass/account. If you do not show up for a class, you will lose your class credit and a 5 euro no-show fee will be charged.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Misplaced Vouchers

• Breathing Space is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of voucher codes.

• Please treat digital gift vouchers like cash. If you lose your code, please contact us at info@breathingspacedublin.com with proof of purchase, and we will do our best to assist you in reissuing it.

6. Studio Guidelines & Health Declarations

• Purchasing or receiving a gift voucher does not guarantee entry or participation if health/safety requirements are not met.

• All new clients—including gift voucher recipients—must complete a standard intake/health declaration form prior to attending their first class (particularly for specialised sessions such as Perinatal/Pregnancy Yoga or Strength Training).

• Most regularly scheduled classes, workshops and courses are available for booking using gift voucher credit. Some exclusions apply.
